CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 Hours before the beginning of your appointment. You will be charged a cancellation Fee of Half the amount of your service if you cancel with 24hrs of you appointment. No-Show fee is the full amount of your service booked. If you change your service from what is booked at the time of service you will be charged for what was booked. (example. Scheduled full highlight but you decide you want a haircut only, you will be charged for the full highlight that was scheduled) Please remember this is my job and how I make a living, if you can’t make it to your appointment, this is the way I can fill your appointment slot!
